Peter Kulka

I have been a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with Greenway Mortgage Funding Corporation for over six years.

I hold a BA from Hartwick College and Executive education program certifications from the Mendoza School of Business at Notre Dame University. 

Prior to entering the Mortgage Loan Origination field, I worked in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Consumer Electronics and Business Services industries. I held a variety of VP/ General Management positions with Hershey Chocolate Company, Polaroid Corporation, Boise Cascade Corporation.

I entered this industry with the mindset of being the best advocate for my clients and partners by providing solutions based on individual needs. My mission is to provide clarity, taking what can be intimidating and making it logical to create a comfort level clients appreciate.
